1. Scope of Services:

We provide e-tender submission services for both government and private sectors on behalf of our clients. Tenders are uploaded strictly based on the information and documents provided by the client. We shall not be held responsible for any errors, discrepancies, or incompleteness in the provided data.

2. Accuracy of Information:

It is the sole responsibility of the client to verify the draft or preview before the final submission. Once a tender is finally submitted (Frozen), no further changes or modifications can be made by us.

3. Technical Issues:

SG E-Tender Solutions will not be liable if a tender cannot be uploaded within the specified time due to government portal downtime, server crashes, internet connectivity issues, or payment gateway failures. We strongly advise clients to submit tenders well in advance to avoid last-minute technical hurdles.

4. Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) Security:

We maintain strict security regarding the client's Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) and password while in our custody. However, we do not accept liability for any misuse if the client uses the DSC elsewhere. It is the client's responsibility to renew the DSC before its validity expires.

5. Confidentiality:

Your tender rates and bidding strategies are kept strictly confidential. We do not share one client's data or trade secrets with other clients or competitors.

6. Payment Policy:

• Applicable service charges must be paid upon the successful upload of the tender or upon the generation of the invoice.
• Service charges may still apply (subject to discussion) if our work is completed but the tender is cancelled due to external technical reasons (e.g., server crash).
• Tender Fees and EMDs must be paid directly by the client from their own bank account.
